Nadezhda Aleksandrovna Belykh was born in Pochinok, Kostroma reg., 1935. Studied at Kostroma Art College 1955-60. Later at Moscow Surikov Art Institute 1960-65. Member of the USSR Union of Artists. Specialised in child subjects. Painted landscapes, still lifes. Married to artist A.P.Belykh.
Active in Kostroma. Her paintings can be found in numerous Russian museums and private collections worldwide.
